The customer needed to run a series of trade shows across the Asia Pacific region, with events scheduled to be held in numerous locations.
The customer realised that the task before them was extremely complex and the risk for them in terms of achieving a suite of successful events was enormous. They were well aware that any deadlines that were missed or any tasks not planned for could jeopardise the success of the events.
